Apple has just released the first beta of iOS 10.3 to developers. It includes some interesting features and changes like Apple ID Settings profile, i Cloud storage breakdown and more.
To me, “Find My Air Pods” is a major feature of iOS 10.3. It will let you easily find out the lost or misplaced Air Pods. Let's have a glance at the most significant iOS 10.3 features and changes.

Find My AirPods: You can now find your lost or misplaced iPhone thanks to a feature called Find My AirPods which is available in the “Find My iPhone” app.
SiriKit: SiriKit, which allows third-party apps to access Siri, has been updated with important features enabling the virtual assistant to schedule future rides from services such as, Ola, Uber, pay bills, check the status of payments etc.
CarPlay: CarPlay now features shortcuts for launching the most recently used apps as well as the location of EV charging stations.
Maps: You can now 3D Touch on the weather icon to check out weather forecast as well as other weather-related details about your current location.
HomeKit: HomeKit now supports programmable light switches.
Analytics: The “Diagnostics and Usage” option (Settings → Privacy) has now been renamed as “Analytics”.
Apple ID Settings profile: iOS 10.3 features an “Apple ID” profile option which is shown at the top of the Settings app. It displays your Apple ID information such as links to iCloud, iTunes & App Store, and Family Sharing, all devices you have been signed into. Previously, they used to be listed under an “iCloud” setting.
App animation: Apple has slightly changed the animation for opening and closing apps. When apps open, they have got a bit more rounded edges.
iCloud storage breakdown: Apple has added a breakdown of how iCloud storage space (Settings → iCloud) is used on your device.
It clearly shows how much space photos or iCloud backups are using. It also shows the apps which are using iCloud and has the settings for Keychain, Find My iPhone, and iCloud Backup.
Apple File System: In iOS 10.3, the iPhone's file system uses Apple File System (APFS). APFS, which is optimized for Flash/SSD storage, has important features such as, strong encryption, space sharing, copy-on-write metadata, cloning for files and directories, snapshots etc.
App icons (developer): Now, Developers are allowed to update their app icons at any time.
