Recently, WhatsApp recently a big update for Windows Phone users which provides video calling feature. This feature is still in beta phase and yet to be officially released to other Operating Systems like Android and iOS.

Possible workaround method:
According to AndroidPolice, you can get this feature by wiping out the data and activating the app again. But, be careful and take backup of your chats.
